THIS IS SLIM BROTHER! It's nice to be back with an update after the last few months I have been busy settling into my new home of Egypt and setting up Slim Brother online.

Now to update you on whats been happening offline...

EGYPT - You will of course have seen the troubles with the civil unrest here in Egypt. I was based in Sharm at this time and everything was normal here. It hit the tourist industry hard, but now everything is getting back to normal. In fact if your looking for a cheap quiet holiday, Egypt is the perfect place at the moment! The future of Egypt is really very exciting now and I am so blessed to be here at this time.

SHARKS - Even though I am in Sharm where the attacks happened, I have been swimming everyday in the sea and take a common sense view on this situation. There are thousands of sharks in the Red Sea all the time and occasionally they do come into shore, this is nature. You are still more likely to get knocked over by a bus or killed in a car, than getting eaten by a Shark in the Red Sea. Diving and swimming in now allowed with some restrictions, but I certainly have not let it spoil my enjoyment thanks to my positive attitude.

MY WORK - You may have seen on my YouTube channel (http://www.youtube.com/josephspendlove) that I have started working at a hotel in Sharm leading fitness classes and starring in entertainment shows (known as Animation in these parts). It's great fun and I've met some really great people (you must see my fellow animator Jalloh (aka. "Chocolate Boy") from West Africa, he's hilarious!).

HOUSE - The land I brought with my friends in Menya (located between Luxor and Cairo, near to the Nile) is now at stage 1. Take a look at it online now with my latest video... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VEPK-RG0I0o

SPIRIT - I have been attending the new Coptic Cathedral in Sharm and have found a wonder father there who is originally from New Zealand. He leads special weekly English speaking services and a bible study which are very useful. I am starting a course on the Coptic faith and aim to be re-baptised in the summer.

WEDDING - I aim to be getting married next summer (2012) and am still really excited about this as I feel this so right and everything is falling into place perfectly.

How was your poo this morning? Looking at our digestion systems tells us alot about how healthy and balanced what we eat and drink. IBS is not normal and no one should be living with it. A "floater" is a sign of undigested fat from eating too much or very low quality. Constipation means your simply dehydrated.
